U have to win 5 players on 5 tournaments. Class d,c,b,a and finally class s tournament. Each tournament gives u 5 points to upgrade ur player.

I won aaaaaaages ago though, in the first few days of having the phone.
Its difficult to begin, but towards the end it gets easier.

Super Real Tennis is waaaay too easy
I finished it in 2 hours 
It was initially hard when i tried to play it with the joystick but with the keypad, its quite easy

I passed it entirely using the joystick (right thumb) to move the player, and * (left thumb) to hit the ball.
