Los asesores escuchan los miembros y el intento a la ayuda cuando es posible, pero Esato es un foro enorme con diez de millares de miembros, los asesores no puede satisfacer cada uno todo del tiempo.
Creo que GOwin es del Philipines, así que él hablará probablemente español. Usted podría intentar hablar con él sobre esto.

Your welcome. The Philipines takes it name from Philip of Spain, I assumed that, being a former Spanish colony, there would be at least a degree of Spanish spoken.

I said that the moderators do try and help members when they can, but that it isn't really possible to please everyone all of the time because Esato is so large.
I also directed lenn24 to GOwin because he is from the Philipines, which I thought was a Spanish speaking nation.

hmm.. well I have to say I never knew that was where the name came from but having been there a few times and having worked with philipinos in Saudi and from my time here I have never heard or noticed any Spanish at all. Interesting nonetheless
anyway, of course we can't have moderators who speak every language but in the past I have relied on online translators and also other members to translate for me and its been quite successful so far
The problem is that the member must listen to what is being said to them and not want everything their way when it doesn't suit Esato or other members
