Incorrect call list & caller ID

Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere but I couldn't find it. I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem to me and either knows how to cure it or had it sorted by Voda/SE?

When I look in my caller list at received or even dialled calls it shows details of people who I know have not called me or I have called. I have even had an instance where 121 called me and it came up as a received call from someone else who I had not spoken to for weeks! This makes the call log useless as its meaningless.

Also, many of my caller ID's don't seem to work, I am sure I have them set-up correctly and I have deleted and re-done them several times with and without the country code etc

Anyone experienced similar problems?

Had the problem on my Z1010. Master Reset fixed her up.
