Great 'customer service department too, the charger that came with the phone was faulty and made a very ominous hissing noise, after contacting him he sent me a replacement charger free of charge out within a few days, excellent trader!

Explaination - dave tried to obtain a brand new pro duo card, when he only bought a second hand one! this was a trick also used by Peter Kay
What there trick is? they buy a pro duo card which is faulty - then purchase a second hand one, then tell you that its faulty so they can swap it for a brand new one.

But for 70 quid, it hardly seems worth the petrol....for now. I think I'll just continue to direct people to this thread if they are unfortunate enough to consider buying anything from you!
