I tried to sort it out like adults, but you decided no action was best, the discs were a extra and to be be fair if you originally said this last week then it would have been usefiull. PS> why not send them back so I can check them then replace them?
I paid you did I not? Or did it no go through as if it didnt dont you think its best to cancel the payment? as I do!
Um also you say I changed the deal? You kept on texting me at 8am on a sunday morning! I told you id get back to you and you wouldnt take no for a answer! You kept changing it, I justgave you a choice!

Currently both negatives will be added to the list but if you can manage to sort things out between you and decide to retract them they can be removed.
Of course I must remain impartial and it is not for me to choose which references to add and which to exclude though I'm sure other traders can see who is a good trader and who is not even if they have received a -ve "in battle"

Negative for si egdell please, bought a Nokia N80 from him beginning of June, locked to Orange. He was paid an extra £20 for the unlock code from Orange. Contacted him on countless occassions where possible. PM's generally ignored, bad comms. Still not had the unlock code and 3 months have now passed. No refund has been offered. Got the unlock code from Orange myself costing £20, but at least they only took 9 days to send it.

Four months ago I sent brownlad around £200 for an iPod. He had a problem getting the iPods but it's taken four months of constant hassling and threatening for us to get the refund, even though he has had the money to do so. He also owed Luke £1,400 from the same transaction.
