Thanks guys... I'm so afraid to used it now... Have to make sure that I open the box on my bed so that if it falls... it it still on soft surface.

don't get those cheap screen protector. If can go sungei wang the handheld shop buy brando workshop screen protect. It's anti scratch man ! After few month you can take it off and wash it too

All I can say is that the price in Ericserve are cheaper than the others. Also bear in mind for original stuff for the price they offer is worth buying. Unless you prefer to get "waterset" accessories, then go to Sungei Wang for bargain.

just came back from ericserve for upgrade.u know what i saw?a guy holding his p800 sitting at the couch.i also heard this batch of p800 habis already,all sold out.this stuff is HOT.then another fellow bought TWO of this unit CASH.the boss of the shop garentee the customer his price is cheapest in klang valley,dont know real or not?

Finally, its in my hands! I bought the P800 at Orchard Rd last evening... it is truly an amazing phone. Unfortunately, I haven't been successful in transfering my GPRS settings from my v60 to the P800 so I still can't surf using the P800... the GPRS settings are more complicated in the P800.
Now just can't wait till the HBH-60 is released.

@yapliren - The P800 rocks man! EDOOM is simply cool and I find the File Manager almost compulsory for everyone to install... Wonder why SE didn't provide this in the first place... as for the handwriting recognition, since I am an ex-R380 use, I can only say that it has improved a lot in terms of speed.

I got the screen protector yesterday. I suggest you get the PDA's screen protector for IPaq. Currently, they have those thick ones which cost RM30-35 (depends where you get it). However, you need to cut it yourself. I did it yesterday and it is so difficult but stick perfectly. Another option is to get those Fellowes screen protector for PDAs. These are thinner one which they sell for RM8-10 per piece. These type are more easier to cut but often people find it difficult to stick well as it might have bubbles on it.

So, when I talked about P800, all say want to buy, only Alex and myself bought, what about the rest of you guys? So, all can go yam char again, then we call each other....
I managed to get a nice old phone ringing tone, and it was provided in the P800 package. I guess SE R&D guys also have sense of humour...
@all: Forgot to mention, I upgraded my T68 to R7A and the firmware is very stable, no infra-red remote control not customizable SMS tones, but radio reception seems much better, but I only had it for a few hours when I switched over to my P800 (few hours to RTFM). Before anybody runs to EricServe, just to let you know that the R7A was a release candidate and EricServe most probably don't have it yet. I got mine upgraded at
office when I visited them yesterday.

Hi - just registered eventhou been following the forum past 6 month. Been monitoring all discussions on P800. Notice the syncing problem that some user encountered. Guess what? It happened to me. Can't sync my P800 with Outlook 2002 (using Win XP Pro). Guess need to download the latest communication software upgrade tonight and prey for the best. Anybody else facing the problem?
