But the thing is, camera is REALLY important to me. You see, when I carry out experiments in the lab and such, I usually have to take pics of the graphs produced on the oscilloscope or equipment used and then I normally submit it in my lab reports.... Anyway, I'll see first lah...

No if bought from China, SE M'sia would treat it as AP set. So no warranty here. Panasonic? I bought it here, with a local Zitron warranty.

local warranty. just for your info. CCD or CMOS it doesn't seem to be a problem. the picture quality is somehow was better compare with some 3.2MP digital camera.
don't sit there and get excited for my post.... go grab one and experience it yourself.

Just seen the K750i for real!! My impression is that it is very small for a phone jam packed with features. Although I have to admit that one might not even notice the K750i just by glancing through a bunch of handphones on display. I mean, the design is not very striking or eye-catching. But what the heck, it's going to be a great phone anyway!!
But I think I have to just wait a while longer for the price to drop within my budget. And also wait for the bugs to be iron out.

Usually, the start of the race will have very exciting commentation from the guys from Europe....our so called Hero seem to be getting a delayed broadcast and when the light get off.....he and the other chap just keep quite and it just seem so boring.
In the end, I switch back to Astro Channel 82
So who have the same sad experience last night on the commentator?

the v3's great. just that the stupid motorola technician scratched my cover last week. got it fixed on saturday. they changed the whole flip for me. too bad it wasn't a 1-to-1 exchange... crap.
the problem is now the flip isn't aligned 100% with the body... so it's abit... senget... ah well, i don't wanna bring it back to them again and make it worse. they might scratch it again. stupid idiots. i'll ask them to adjust it later on when i've used it more
slow UI but it's damn cool. phonebook's the pits but the iTAP smsing is great once u get used to it. flexible platform so i can hack it... changed the startup to a short press instead of the usual press and hold down...

There's been rumour of putting a China chinese into F1 soon because of the potential of F1 (in term of $)
seeing with my own eyes on how ppl in china drive...maybe we will see more crashes when that happen.

no no... they are smart... they made me check (and i didn't notice the misalignment coz of the sticker) and sign there itself... so no more warranty based on that...
but i've showed it to a few people and they said it's not obvious.... had to really really point it out then only they could see it. i'm fussy i guess... when a problem crops up, it is like an eyesore for me...

Sigh, I hope you're right gil. I personally prefer the W600a over the W800i, especially since I now have the K750i.
By the way, I've successfully upgraded to R1J002 on the K750i. Bluetooth problems which I previously faced are almost non-existent now.
Menu navigation is also faster, especially the loading of Java games.
It's a good thing that we can update online.

yeah it's great to be able to update ur software by yourself. i've updated my v3's software to the latest and i dun think the service centres here have it yet...
it's illegal though (in motorola's terms) espefcially when i've changed the icons and startup and blah blah blah... the technician didn't even notice hahahaha
anyway, yeah the w600's pretty ugly when opened coz of the loop antenna but after repeated looks... it looks pretty darn cute

btw, i'm still stuck at 15 posts... that's like a year ago....
