I always used html light on my laptop when I am dialled up on GPRS otherwise my data charges would have been very high. html light gives you the minimum you need to do esato stuff (including moderator activities) without the overhead of all the google ads and other graphics around the standard web page version of esato

So that's why I can't log in using HTML Light on my T630. It just keeps showing me the log-in screen and tells me when I insert a wrong password, doesn't do anything when I insert correct username and password.

HTML Lite is great for browsing via GPRS, be it on a laptop or PDA. Because of its no-frills nature, pages load faster and GPRS costs are greatly cut-down. Its also great for browsing on a PC via regular narrow-band dial-up for speed reasons.

It works like a dream on my standard k700 browser as well...its very good imo, looks just like the real site minus all the data extensive graphics.

Hm. I can't login either using html light and K700. The page reloads, but still claims that I'm not logged on.No problems using the wap version url with name and psw supplied as arguments though.

I dunno why that happens. But html light works without any problems on opera. I can login and stay logged in for hours.

Nope no login problems now for quite some time on html light...had them when i first joined esato. The queer thing however is that i face login problems with esato website tho
I login and it doesnt show me logged in but still i can view the pics to view which i am required to login...very very strange
