Bug when x-fering files via BT

I have a K700i and I've discovered a bug. I don't know if this has been discussed before though.

When browsing the camera pictures folder via Bluetooth and then choosing to move the files from the phone to the computer, the phone only seems to remove the references to the pictures in the phone, not the pictures themselves. When I then took new pictures and tried to view them in the phone, the pictures was not the recently taken ones, but the old ones. Some pictures had the thumbnail of the newly taken picture, but when trying to view it the old one with the same name appeared instead.

It seems that if I via BT move a picture automatically named "Picture(1)" for instance and then take another picture which is also automatically named "Picture(1)", since the first one (or the reference to it at least) is deleted, then the reference to "Picture(1)" actually points to the not removed original picture.
The only way around this, as I have discovered is to snap the same amount of pictures as I tried to move via BT and then delete them with the phone itself instead.
