or is at least possible? i want to buy a p900 or maybe p910 screen for a friend with a p800. He likes more the p800 speed, the p910 is damn slow....

I think the motherboard on the phone will not support the screen.

What do u plan on gaining with the new screen? Is the old one broken in some way or what?

What are you gaining? Err.... More colors?

@gov: i think thats the whole point ;-)

Even if it does fit on the p800, the number of colors will still be the same, 12bit.

How will you load/install the drivers of the P9 screen on the P8?

Go ahead then tell us what happened.

I imagine it would work, providing the ribbon cable connectors are the same, but why would anyone want a P910 screen in a P800.. ? You aren't going to gain anything from it, it's just double the price...
