The biggest the resolution it is,the better quality will be the video? For example:if i record a video at 640*480 pixels will it have better quality instead of record it at 176*144 pixels?Or simply the dimensions of the video(height*width)will be bigger?

Nope, in my opinion they will be the same. But at smaller res, the videos look very tiny. But it all depends on the individual pixel size. (Just my thinking, awaiting more views.)

depending on your phone, it can take different resolutions.
My k700 takes maximum 176x144, but can obviously take lower resolutions like 128x96,etc.
Others like s700 takes upto 320x240 i believe.
Resumed: the for transferring videos to a phone, the best resolution would be the largest your phone can take.

When you take a photo at 640*480,its quality is worse that take it,for example,at 1280*960!I agree that the size in the lower resolution is less than the size at 1280*960 but also the quality is lower? The question is:the same occurs in a video?

well really a pic a 640x480 and one at 1280x960 will always have the same quality (if taken with the same camera), its just that the larger one will have more detail because its using 3 times more pixels to display the same picture.
And yes, it works the same with video...
