HIya i have been searching round this forum & other sites including the o2 site since christmas & im finding difficulty understanding everything so i was wondering if anyone could give me step by step advice to set up my wap profile or email sttings?
I basically want to send pictures to my email adrees on the internet so that i can use them on the web as my computer doesnt have and infared port or bluetooth port. any help is appreciated sorry for being stupid

To set up your o2 email go to options in E-mail and enter this in the fields Connect using: o2 gprsProtocol: pop3Incoming server: mail.o2.co.ukIncoming port: 110Mailbox: your full o2 email address ie username@o2.co.ukPassword: your o2 passwordOutgoing server: smtp.o2.co.uk or mail.o2.co.uk (dippending on which works for you)Outgoing port: 25E-mail address: your o2 email addressDownload: headers and textFrom name: your nameThats it, thats what i use.

Hey Crystal. Text ACTIVE to 2020 and you will recieve the instructions by text from O2. Dead easy.
I need the number for O2 CS from my mobile if anyone can help. I haven't recieved my first bill yet, and after reading many helpful threads on this wonderful site , I can browse wap and send MMS but can't send email. The server can not be found and I know the settings are correct.. .
