I cant send outgoing mails. I can recieve incoming. It says sending failed. Out going server, mail.mymail.ro; port 25. Is this correct?

I don't see any reasons as to why it should not work. Mine is working perfectly. Did you choose pop3 or imap mailboxtype?

and the smtp adress ur using
(eg. mail.mymail.ro), IP (eg. 193.231.233.154), sau NUME:PORT (eg. 193.231.233.154:110)

Nope. I did not get your mail vin. However, all emails coming to my gmail account is forwarded to mymail.ro i'm getting all those mails.

There's something wrong with its outgoing server i guess. Anyways, i mainly use it for receiving mails so its not that big a problem for me. But still....
