bsnl suck ! Tremendous fraud in their landline connection, we changed because of that and our phone bill came down by nearly 1K !!!!

sucks , 1gb download cap . waste for me.

@shyam.. its free until july.
so u can take the connection now, and download as much as u like for next 6 months!! that's good enough for 500 bucks.
also, there is a chance that the rates might go down further in future. reliance are yet to launch their iptv or something too rite?

You can download upto 1gb with the most basic connection! (Before they charge you.)

Hi! Airtel Kolkata gives UNLIMITED GPRS (and EDGE is you have a compatible phone) for Rs99 per month! With my phone as a modem I bring in 350-500MB PER DAY. Who needs BSNL with their 1 GB limit?
Ciao, Duane

govi, 1 Gb is really very little... atleast 4 or 5 would make some sense. there's no point in having a broadband connection if u can't download as much as u want.
so i'd rather go for a slower connection with unlimited usage.
i'm using broadband, and i really have to scrimp and save to be just within 1 Gb.

exactly,there should be no download caps. the real use of broadband comes when we download huge files,for normal purposes a 56k is enough.
