globe users (phils) mms/gprs settings pls!

Just wanna ask how to do the configuration for MMS/GPRS settings for PANASONIC X400. (GLOBE Phils.) Can anyone help me??? I already called globe and even went to their shop, My gosh, they wasn't able to help me! (wat the hell?~)

Also, just wanna ask where I can download ringtones for panasonic X400??? (free from the internet or via SMS even not free)

i tried downloading a polytone once from globes' ringtones, and i can't open the file... I only get the message <8-bit data> thru SMS. and i don't get it!!!

i also tried downloading a monotone from MYX, but same thing, i still get the same message... <8-bit data>

HELP!!!
