Well hate it or not Apple will release a phone with Motorola very soon...I think Apple branded products are usually very attractive and apple wont ever compromise that i think.

They certainly design well...look at their ipod and home computer range, very nice looking. I would definately be interested in an Apple mobile phone, looks wise. As for function, hopefully they will bring something fresh there too.

It is supposed to have better features than competing phones at the same price point. I only hope they are aiming for a mid range phone.

What??? Of course Apple designs its stuff!! Much of it is designed by a British guy called Jonathan Ive.
Those companies you mention may have something to do with manufacturing some of the Apple compenents used in their displays, computers and iPods.

That's a good one. Look on the bottom of any Apple product and you will find it says 'Designed by Apple in California'. The new iMac, iPod and iBook are designed mainly by Jonathan Ive. The previous iMac was Steve Jobs concept. Of course some internal componts are made by other companies, not Asus or Acer though.
Back to the topic of an Apple phone, I have a feeling it will fit somewhere between the K700 and S700 in terms of specs if Apple does actually decide to release one.
