I downloaded a theme and was wonder how to transfer it to my sony ericsson t230. please help me and give me all the info.

Do you have a data cable? You need to use a software called fma or sendfile on your pc. Set the correct port in these. If you tried the search there is a very exhaustive guide. It is called "everything you need to know about 230 and cable connection" or something of that sort. Alternatively you could download via wap from esato.
