thats the configuration i got when i press the service menu..

SAT on

Gsm900

phone is locked to "3"

how is this? how to make it gsm 900 and 1800

Don't know the country you're using yr device... However if you have an SEMC Z1010 this info re SIM Appl Tool doesn't mean ''anything in reality''. But a new SW was released some weeks ago = R1K and with that the menue says

The other thing you saw was ofc that yr phone was locked for the operator ''3''. Apart fm this with SAT - recommend you to upgrade to this new SW if available in yr country/Rgds Matthew Steele
