I have found it people... use msn messenger through the http proxy!
Download this bit of nifty software called HTTP Tunnel from :
http://www.http-tunnel.com/html/solutions/http_tunnel/client3.asp
and install it. When it opens, it asks u some upgrade question, click no!
Then, put in the client settings on the "Tunnel Settings" as follows:
Radio Button: Specific Proxy Settings
Then Ip: 193.113.200.195 and port 8080
The check the authentification box and put in:
Username: payandgo
Password: password
then click "Apply"... then connect! Leave everyother setting, trust me!
Then try and connect to MSN... and vola!
Good Luck!

Ok mate, do the following:
In the HTTP tunnel... open the "Configure Software tab" and make sure MSN Messenger is unticked... then click apply
Then in MSNM, open the options box, go to the Connection tab, and make sure you use no proxy server... so the box is unticked... if you have any more problems... ill try to help
