Wow awesome info dude, thanks a million :-) but still not clear if the audio playback is stereo or mono. :-(

Posted by k4m!k4ze
@vin - for such an advanced phone, it will most likely be stereo

@kllr hey dude hows u...

@vin my friend bought a 6630 2 days back i have seen everything in it nothing to beat s700i other than symbian cam of s700i is way to better and mp3 and yes there is no radio in 6630 and no ir port too so make up ur mind i wud say s700i anytime if u wanna forfeit symbian and then u can take 910 or 1000 as gov says i have sold one s700i to a person and u can makeout the display difference when ur screensaver starts and there are hell lot of things in cam.

@ayush,omni,plasma,blu,,gov,shyam,ishadab,krypton how are u guys oh i forgot to add one more good friend of mine whizzz.

Posted by plasmadog
hi ashoo,
welcome to the india thread. (motto: nothing to discuss here that's not to be discussed)

well, bascically all of them are very different phones. right from the platform (symbian, windows mobile) to the camera to the functions. so i'd suggest you have a look at all these phones (they're all very good)

cheers!

@all... guys, what's the plan for tonite? where u goin to?

Posted by govigov
Gmorn.

Posted by plasmadog
top of the morning to u too, gov!

Posted by k4m!k4ze
Good Morning people

@plasma - Are you a nocturnal creature ? i've always seen you prowling about only after 11 pm.

Posted by govigov
@plasma. In case i dont see you again today, good afternoon, good evening and good night. :-)

Posted by Ayush
@aqua but the s7 is too overpriced :-(

Posted by satan89
Morning guys @ayush wait for about two more months and the S700 will be much more cheaper.

Posted by Ayush
Hi satan. Where you from?

Posted by satan89
I have answered this earlier. Anyways i am from bangalore

Posted by vineet_d
Good Morning ppl

Aqua: Buddy I repeat again...I have seen the picture quality of 6630 and believe me it is nothing less then s700i, although s700 provide a hell lot of imaging possibilities but on the other hand look at the symbian platform...possibilities are much more than u can ever imagine, I will use 6630 for few months and then will sell it for p910 or whatever, u also know that Nokia phones has a better buyback value than any other phone, so i guess i am going for it now. Any more suggestions are appreciated.

Why not 7610? Cheaper

Posted by govigov
6630 has edge. Does 7610 have that?

Posted by k4m!k4ze
how much is 7610 in grey market vin ?

Posted by Ayush
@gov hmm i'm not sure

Posted by vineet_d
kllr- No idea about 7610 dude but will findout the price in grey market, i think it will not be more then 20k.

Posted by blu_6779
@gov still not able 2 receive your mms but i hope It's affirmative :-).

Posted by govigov
@blue, I will edit your post when i get to a pc. Got lots of updation to do then.

Posted by k4m!k4ze
@vin - ok. Are u buying the 6630 for symbian OS(an upgrade from k700) or for the cam ? Will you be using EDGE ? Because from what i've seen on the nokia website, the only improvements of the 6630 over the 7610 are -

1.3 mp cam, EDGE support, Java midp 2.0 support (which is quite useless since its symbian and there are no good java apps)

besides the 7610 looks better too especially in red

Posted by govigov
Ayush had killer have a point there. Why waste money?

Posted by k4m!k4ze
@govi - you havent entered any info about you in the first post and change the title to 'SE' instead of 'Se'

Posted by satan89
Does the 6630 have an ir port

Posted by govigov
Satan, i think it has. But personally i dont find the one when it has bt. Killer. Will do it. Any more suggestion?

Posted by k4m!k4ze
no 6630 does not have an ir port.......... at least according to the specs it doesnt
