There's a java app available at getjar.com it's supposed to let us send sms via gprs. I havent been able to try it out. May be sum1 with a java phone bad try it out? Goto getjar.com and proceed to apps. Then select categories -> browsers-> sms send 2

Yes. I send attachments from an email addy this way to my phone! My T230 can't open attachments in an email.

First compose the email.
Then enter a subject if any.
Enter To address as 91
Send it.
You will receive it on your phone as a mms.
If it doesn't work, send a mms to your email and check the FROM addy in your email inbox.
