Govi, whats tha name of that mal movie that one the national award- it was about this old guy who's given the death sentence and basically how he deals with it. And another one about this guy and the big mole on his face. Both movies made by the same guy i think.

I work with a company called Stream as a Process Manager.
I manage a 50 seat inbound process as well as a 100 seat outbound US voice process, which involves satellite tv sales for an independent retailer for satellite tv.

@gov..dont ask....lots of them...My company does other programs too, but mostly web based or tech support like Siemens, Microsoft Home Entertainment. I might be moving to a 200 man tech support process for HP in April, but theres a lot of time for that now

We've done MSN web support for IE & OE very succesfully here. MSN demands exceptionally high standards of service So...I don't foresee a problem delivering that.
