The only thing you'll have to do is to connect the usb cable to your computer. It will be recognised automatically. Then choose to search for drivers into the cd you have. You'll repeat this step 3-4 times and then the phone is completelly recognised from the computer and it's ready for use.

Install the PC Suite that come son the CD you should have got with your V800.
