Chinese Handwriting when using stylus in P910

ive been searching bout these for quite a while, but failed.
I know this is an old problem in the P900/P910, but i just forgot the shortcut or what to do wen while using the stylus, ur P900/P910 suddenly shifts to chinese characters from english alpahabet..pls help
