Help finding a SE service center for flashing firmware in Toronto, Canada.

Was wondering if anyone knows where I could get this done or if it's even possible cause I didn't buy it in North America. I bought my K700i (unlocked) from HK and the firmware has gone weird, so I want to get it reflashed. Anyone know where and if I SE would do this for me? Thanks.

Call 1-866-SONYERI and tell them your phone is malfunctioning. They will tell you where to send it. You cannot take it to an official service centre in Canada and ask for a firmware upgrade.
