Internet Calendar/Contacts Sync - What software

The T39m supports the ability to sync its calendar and contacts over WAP against some type of Internet-based calendar/contact server. Does anyone know exactly what server(s) work with this and/or what standard and/or protocol is used? Is it SyncML?
