MMS settins on unlocked phone

after some advice of you wise people
will i have trouble using mms on a unlocked s700i (previously on voda crap) which will be used on o2
the reason i ask is i had a nokia 6600 a while ago which was under the same circumstances and no matter what i did i was unable to send a message

Ask your operator to send u the settings via sms and store it. Sometimes u have to turn off then the fone to activate it.

thanks for the quick response
hopefully ill have it to try in a day or two
i just remember before using the SE configurator and o2 to send a sms with settings ,installing it ,and just getting message failed etc when trying to send sms
i take it vodafone firmware doesnt block mms be used by other operators once unlocked?

It should work well. Hope the fone was unlocked by experts.
