O2 mobileweb and o2 gprs whats the diff?

Hey basically when try 2 connect my laptop to my s700 2 access the net using o2wap gprs 4t doesnt work. But using the o2 mobileweb account works and i can use the net to access websites so whats the diff between them?? And is it chargeable and how much ? as i am getting free gprs using the proxy.
