Actually You can change it...but it is not as easy on a regular keyboard...
I don't use mine that much, think it's acutally faster typing using the phone-keys and the T9-system!

do you know how? I tried many combination on keyboard and using phone keys but it is always typing capital!!!

Here is how to change case
1. Push shift and release it
2. Push the space bar
3. Now, you have changed case

yes it is slow, but you can type quite fast and then wait till phone finishes typing letters
it is a little bit fun though and it is faster when without keyboard anyway
