P900 and voice mail - Esato archive

I've started having this problem where, periodically, people will call my cell and the calls go straight to my voice mail. When this happens I am in a zone with full coverage so there is no issue of lack of signal (I can make Outgoing calls normally). The only way I can get my phone to ring again is to turn it off and back on and then miraculously everything works normally.

My carrier (Microcell, in Canada) says all is well on their side and it is probably a handset issue. Of course, they always say that, don't they? Has anyone else ever seen this behavior on their P900?
