I'm having trouble with the motorola bluetooth headset

I bought the motorola bluetooth headset today, but I'm having some problems with it:
When I plug in the charger, the indicator led remains unlit, so I can't tell if it is really charging, and I can't pair it with my phone.

Do you think it is broken?

on a t68i, go to the Connect icon in the menu, press yes
then bluetooth (key 3)
options > operation mode > on

aka "TURN BLUETOOTH ON, DUMMY!"

if the LED isn't coming on when on the charger, then I suggest you take the headset back for a replacement.
