I take it you're on Three? You cant, Three have screwed around so badly you can only download stuff from 3net. Its a good phone, but Three have ruined it with horrific branding.

Yep...
Its the same with my NEC E616v....also the crappy branding has crippled
so it can only be used for a headset....no file transfer

It doesnt depend on the sim but the software on the phone which prevents this...sorry.

In theory the phone is more than capable, it would be a good handset if THREE hadnt crippled it. Its the same with all their handsets. I dont know if you can get a f/w flash for LG handsets, but i would love to find out.
