T65 reset problem... - Esato archive

Hi !
I have software version R4A007. When I'm using WAP through GPRS,
I can make the phone reset itself.
Just click the blue 'internet' button to get to the menu. The scroll down to 'Status' and press YES. Voila !

My phone is resetting when I'm doing this. Any correction available for this behaviour ?

By the way, I have no 'other' field in the phonebook entries. I've read that I should have this field included in my software release (R4A007).

Any comments ?

R4A007? I got R48008 on my previous T39 and I had GPRS problems with it. The service point informed me about issues, and they replaced the phone with an older Firmware: R3B006.

What model do you have?

He didn't write which phone model he had, but it must be the T65 (blue internet button). I changed the subject of the topic to reflect this.
BTW: I've upgraded my T39 to R4A008 two weeks ago.
