Audio Settings - Esato archive

Hi guys!

Can you please suggest the right settings and format for listening music for mobile phones. I'd tried some settings but the file size are too big and I can only save few on my mmc.

iv got an mp3 cutter program for my k500 and i jus chop up the mp3 tracks so it doesnt take as much memory up on my fone
