mpegable problems .avi no audio

Hi all. im using mpegable and i have encoded lots and transfered them to my phone, but when i try and encode an episode of either joey or the OC that i downloaded, i cant change the audio, i cant click on anything, as if there is no audio to the .avi files i have opened up?
Anyone know how to fix it?
