There is no need to be rude.

When you say you have 'synched' the PC and the handset, I take it you mean that you have paired them.

When you say that the connection fails, which connection do you mean? Is the error message you receive on your PC or on your mobile?

Have you tried pairing the two devices then selecting the OBEX File Transfer option that should be presented by the dongle's software? This should allow you to see the various folders on your T610, including the folder containing pictures, you can then 'drag and drop' them to your PC.

Have the same problem with my k700 execpt in my case i can send and receive almost everything except two camrea pic's i took (strange)?

What are you trying to send to your pc and/or do you get this problem with every item you wish to send (try and send a different item if you have'nt already).

wasn't being rude....software that came with my dongle doesn't present the obex option....i did flash up a message about microsoft certificates when installing though....

@mike.hobbs3

The message about certificates is because the driver for your Bluetooth dongle isn't officially supported by Microsoft. This shouldn't be too much of a problem, the dongle should still work properly.

If there isn't an OBEX option with your Bluetooth software then I suggest that you download some software that gives you the ability to transfer files, e.g. fMA.

fMA (floats mobile agent)? which version would you recommend? there are a couple on the sourceforge website.

Try the latest version first and if you experience any problems with it work your way back.

Perserverance is the key here!

Have you disabled the Bluetooth Connection in the phone connection programme? Right click on the phone connection icon in the system tray and select 'Properties'. Then make sure the Bluetooth option is unchecked and note the COM port that it is using. Now go into 'Control Panel. and select 'Phone and Modem Options'; under COM ports make sure the COM port you noted earlier is enabled. Hopefully this will allow you to connect to fMA.

Also make sure that you have selected the option to connect via Bluetooth in fMA itself.

You may wish to have a look at this thread for more advice. It is a rather long thread, but I have linked to a page featuring a guide on how to connect; you might want to browse through the rest of the thread too.
