Sharp GX25 vs. SE K700 : Your opinion

I'm currently debating between the 2 offerings : the Sharp GX25 (also known as the Xera GZ200) and the Sony Ericsson K700. Which one is better? Or should I drop both and favor a 3rd party offering? Thanks.

- BEST DISPLAY EVER!
- good design!
- good camera!

I don't like K700, the design is awful.. so I think Sharp is better, to choose something else is not a bad idea also....
