I'm off to the dominican republic (punta cana) in a few weeks and would like to know if anyones been and have had any network problems (cant get a signal... etc).
I'm on o2 (uk) and wanna know if its worth taken the phone?

Yes, you can use your phone in the Dominican Republic as O2 UK has a roaming agreement with a network over here. Check out GSM World Site for more information regarding network and signal strength in your area of interest.
