Please Help, Can´t find help any where !!!!!!

I have Tried 2 look in this forum, but i Can´t find it any where, please don´t kill me if it´s posted some where.

My problem :

how do i down load screensavers with a cable, i have tried but it won´t let me, it say´s that i´ve need permesion from the owner?????

Please can 1 of u wise guy´s help, im begin please help me
