DateImanager: "Cannot connect to OBEX server" error.

Hi. I dled a program named DateImanager so I could activate minutetone, I tried to connect it by IR and COM 2, and after "Checking battery" it gave me "Connecting to Obex..." and then said "Connot connect to Obex Server error".
Can someone tell me why and give me a solution?
