Connecting my laptop to the internet using my K700i

Hey guys i did a search on this and found the exact opposite. What i want to do is have my laptop connect to the internet using my k700i via bluetooth. GPRS or using my cell fone as a dial-up modem, either way can someone give me directions on how to go about this. Thanks.
