There was something about the TyTN2 that just didnt do it for me... when i had the TyTN in my hands, i got this warm fuzzy feeling inside me, something i didnt get with the TyTN II... I dont know... call me stupid, but i just liked the first one better and thats how i buy my phones

Was a away for a while, didn't get much time to post. Last week I had a crazy dream...somehow I had ended up with a W890...The dream was crazy because I never liked this phone or its predecessor...and my judgment was all based on looks...I was never sold on rounded edges on a slim phone. What's even more crazy about this dream is that the phone came with crazy sales packaging, with a heap of accessories.
When I saw the phone advertised tonight while watching the Wire I had been sufficiently put off.

I agree with Hobbs there bro! Lol! Anyway im currently looking at one of there Voda Deals little booklets and i see a Samsung i450 on a Weekend Everyday contract FREE and you only pay R139 per month! The i450 is a lot like an N81 just without Wi-Fi, Ngage,and a little less RAM than N81. Quite a deal in my opinion.
Must say the W910 is WAY over priced.

Hey Wangs.Ive decided to scrap the Opera blog and move everything over to Blogger by Google. copy,paste.copy,paste.copy,paste. (its going to be a painstaking and arduous task) Go to www.myp990i.blogspot.com and tell me what you think of the new look and if its worth all the trouble.Blogger offers you a Gig whereas Opera offers you 300mb and is more interactive whereas you dont have to register to leave comments ect.Also has loads of other feautures.

I think C702 would be fine since you don't need 5mp cam. C702 has GPS, nice size screen, 3.2mp cam and ye all the SE A200 Java goodness packed in to it.

Now fair enough, it's a prototype G900, but dang, the N82's cam in the comparison just blew
's attempt into the weeds. Doubt that even newer 'production version firmware' twak's gonna solve this one to any great extent. Those G900 pics were that kak in comparison that if launch the production model of the G900 with such a poor 5mp cam module, I ain't buying it. End of.
Seriously, I'd rather wait for the Dark Side to release that rumoured 'Tube' touchscreen S60 if it's going to have a much bettwer cam.
I'm trying not to jump to conclusions when M-R are faffing with a prototype, but in the same breath my brand loyalty isn't that strong that it blinds common sense and rational judgement.

Wangs,i dont even know why you were even considering the G900.But nevertheless those camera shootouts they always do,I personally take with a pinch of salt.At SE-NSE.com he did a shootout with a K850 and a entry level digital camera and hes K850 pics were horrible.I personally think hes just very bad at taking photos and didnt do the K850 justice.Im sure the G900 aint as bad as u think Wangs.Or are u just making excuses to get a TUBE.lol

Ive got the Grey one it's actualy called Silver i guess since it appears shiny in some lighting conditions and the Black battery cover is actualy Dark Grey but looks Black in low lit places. I remember when i got mine when i saw the Box had a pic of a Blue one but the lady at the shop opend it and to my relief it was Silver, from what i see the Blue will look ugly after some scratches and peeling. Mine has peeled a bit on the bottom part of the slider and it doesn't look bad BUT if it was the Blue it would look so untidy because underneath the paint ITS WHITE! Oh and just some advice when you do get the phone,don't remove the Screen Protector, i didn't because it looks like the screen would be prone to scratches if i did, and it actualy suits the phone so much that you forget its there.

Sweet man, otherwise i'd say go for the Blue then it does look cool, it stands out a lot, looks like a true Music and Gaming phone, the Silver tends to look a bit boring sometimes but very classy. I hope you havent used up your Data Bundle because you're going to be downloading a sh*t load lol! Some Ngage games are around 28MB lol!

Thanks boet. Ya it does an OK job, but it does require more fiddling (than say, the N73) with settings to get really nice shots. I often have to take loads of pics of the same subject before I get the desired effect/clarity.

First it had togo away for the speaker,5 weeks later I got it back.2 days later the jog dial broke when the phone started to vibrate during an incoming call, so I returned it.It's been 4 weeks already.Man I hate this.Hope it comes back next week,hopefully,

That realy is a major inconvinience they must have messed up the Jogdial when fixing the speaker, Voda did the something similar with my W900. They don't handle the phones with care,anyway hopefuly they give you back your P1 soon.
