Okay, after this discussion about the reverse call came up again, i tried it out this morning...
this is how you do it (i made the call from my prepaid to my contract number)
You dial 082180and the full number. For example, if the number you want to dial is 0821234567 you have to dial 0821800821234567 you will hear a message in the lines of "Please be patient while we try to connect your reverse call" about 2 seconds later the phone you are making the reverse call to will start ringing. I assume when the contract subscriber answers the call they will be told that it is a reverse call attempt, and will get the option of allowing the call or rejecting it.

Its all good Gucci.The new battery just needed a good long charge.Im so so happy to have it back(ha ha only one day) I dont know how those people feel that are seperated with their "precious" for 3 weeks or longer.You should have seen how i screamed at the girl at Vodacare when i dropped my phone off.She violently rips opens my memory card door and then tries to force it back in (which you cant,it takes a special action) You should have been there,you would have thought me mad.Oh my goodness,just saw on the news,Stormers toppled the Chiefs in Wellington and are sitting at no.6 on the table.Go Stormers.Also Proteas are on top of the world at no1 in One Day cricket.Go Proteas.Oh by the way,played again today on a Nokia E61i and i cant rave enough about how much i love that phone.I might just bypass a fancy smancy uptodate specced phone for my upgrade and get that baby as my second back;up phone.Brix have you considered an E61i?

Got to say im impressed with Mxit.No need for me to have IM Plus,Agile Messenger or Slick.Mxit has Jabber.GoogleTalk,ICQ and MSN.(one other I cant remember.) Hats off to the Mxit guys.They have an awesome product.

P1i pics: the W380 in stock at the local Orange shop. The black seems to be an exclusive one with them (although the universal purple one in the first pic is also stocked by them).
However, they don't stock the graphite/grey one, which has the metallic light blue Walkman logo.

Boy its good to have a new battery.im on my second day of usage and ive still got 30 percent left on the battery indicator.Sweet.Im now using a font called 'kirby No kira' its massive on the large zoom setting.Most things dont even fit on the screen but its just such a strange experience where your screen real estate is used to its full potential that its quite appealing.

@Wangster-Ive made some changes to the 'Smoke Abstract' theme using Theme Creator.Just small practical like the drop down menu background made reading very difficult because of that bright white abstract swirls and also the colour and form of the text from grey shaded/outine to just white normal.Do you want a copy?

Posting from the P1i. My ISP's connection has gone AWOL tonight. First time that's happened... First thought it was maybe the router, tried LAN settings, unplug, reboot, etc. No luck. Phone ISP technical helpline, and a pre- recorded message soon explains a technical problem with the ISP themselves. Amazing how spoilt we've become with the 'net.

My Korean friend from Timeline Internet Cafe (Brix,ever been there? Next to the Old 7/11 by Glengariff.) sms'd me about he's upgrade and wanted to know what I recommend.I gave him my Top 6.Nokia E90,N95 8GB,N82,Sony P1i,W960i (if available) and HTC TYTN II.He currently owns a Nokia E61 and might consider just upgrading to the E61i.Who would blame him.Hes very lucky where he owns two internet cafes and a restuarant so money aint a problem.I think he'd be dumb to not consider the E90.Very dumb indeed.

Lol Brix and those new wide flat screen monitors they've just bought. I like the mans setup.Very comfortable.Dont like the R15 an hour thing though.Use to be R10 an hour and then he's rent went up so he had to hike his prices.Its amazing how R5 can subconciously disuade you from using an internet cafe.

FINALY got to play with the N82 today,will post a pic of it soon! Must stay its a real beauty once you see it up close. The screen is the same one from N81, since the N82 is a candybar i thought the screen would look smaller but it still looks pretty big,and the phone itself didn't feel like a brick to me atleast.
Hobbs i don't think you would like it,its build quality and materials are the same ones used on N81. Makes my upgrade choice easy,definetly getting N82
