What do you want to do with a PUK generater....? If you phone is lockt couldn't you just ask you operater for it?

govi you seem to have confused me...PUK = personal unlocking key - it is needed to "unlock" your sim card when you type in your pincode wrong 3 times - is this what you want? Your operator will give this to you.
If you want to unlock the phone for all networks, then use the link that sonyericsson-man is talking about
