hey to all !
i have a t610 and it was brandished with vodaphone stuff now that i have the sim unblocked i want to get rid of the voda theme i can change themes But the right soft key still has a big fat 'live logo' from the preset undeletabe theme regardless of what theme i put in ?

This has nothing to do with which theme you have, but the firmware in the phone.
You have to flash the phone with the original firmware. Don't know how since I don't have the gadgets for it. And most service centers doesn't do that kinds of flashing
