email setup prob on t630

i am trying to setup my email on my t630 but it gives me a server not found error - now i know that i have the incoming server and outgoing server correct as they are the same as they are in my outlook which works correctly - they are both the same mail.rainrain.com --- what i dont really know how to set is the first option - connect using -

can anyone help me

Your outgoing server should be set to O2's smtp server (which I don't know). If you have an option called O2 GPRS try that, or if you something like O2 INTERNET or O2 GPRS INTERNET then try those too.

SMTP server could possibly be causing you the problem though as most SMTP servers do not allow foreign connections (by foreign I mean, blueyonder smtp server only allows blueyonder broadband connected users etc).
