flamlips.. i send u via globe mms (used ofc mates phone no. kasi prepaid din ako) but i dont think u can rec it coz ur are also using prepaid.... ill send u using tactel. hope it's successful

ELLLIE... if post paid, u have to call 211 for activation....
if prepaid, no choice but to use tactel's ..
globemms is working fine now.

hmm yup pareho lang naman ung settings na binigay ng nakausap ko from globe and ung nakapost dito... tried sending a couple of times pero ayaw pa din.. ayaw ata sa akin eh!
anyway hav to go have to study pa! .. i'll keep u posted (if it worked already..)

I too can't send/receive MMS... Config seems to be correct... Message starts sending, then when progress bar finishes, I get a
"Network or communication error..."

Globe claims they have an OTA for their MMS... is it active? What do I send, and where do I send it?

jplac.... im not sure abt the ota, coz i never use it.. i just copy the settings on the first post.
then on the wap services , select profile, use GLOBE w/c has the settings... ip: 192.29.102.103 instead of the globemms of the first post.

use the globeMMS of the first post for the MMS settings only, found at menu, 2 messages, 2 MMS, 5 options, 7 select profile, 1 select... choose GLobe MMS
on the 6 wap services.... 6 select profile.....select Globe.

Make sure your mms service is activated with globe. If they say it is, persist until they get it to work.

MFB, yup activated na po.. tumawag na po ako sa globe nung isang araw to have it activated i think that was wednesday or thursday.. then i called again yesterday to ask why it wasnt working and they told me to check the settings kasi nga activated na.. aun lang. pero ayaw pa din magsend.. un po.. thanks!

Visit Globe business center, hub or the one in Shangrila Mall. Pakita mo that its not working. That's what I did. It might be a network problem. Btw, globe mms can only be sent to globe subscribers.

make sure u got the correct tactel setting.
if the sender uses tactel, u need tactel's settings to receive.
sometimes successfull, sometimes unsuccessful

kieron.... call up globe cs and ask them to activate your mms coz ur mms is not yet activated.
kieron... go to http://www.phoneparadise.com and get the setting of tactel, and use that as your mms profile... found under option. post your no. and ill send u adult-animated-sounded-vibrating mms
flips.....i dont have the dault anymore. ill try to send u later if i get hold of the unit of my sis later (i think her phn is having hard time sending/rec mms, eventhough our settings are the same)

I still can't recieve MMS I actually called up globe last 2 days ago.. once yesterday and once this morning... until this afternoon I still can't recieve any MMS. I can't send too the error was: "GPRS failed. GPRS parameters not supported."
I'm a male... I'll post my number later if my MMS is working properly already.

keir... u dont need your globe mms activated if you are not going to use GLOBE MMS. most of my friends are not using globemms, we are using TACTEL. follow my instruction below. and try to send urself. go to pinoy cht chat and follow flaming lips' instruction...

the tactel u see up there is the setting of phone paradise. use search up there...

To open tactel mms frm msg >mms>wap profile> choose ericsson / frm WAP servc >selct profile >choose tactel = tagal nga lang mag download but it wil work if u want to send naman pag palitin lang ninyo *msg=tactel / *wap srvce profle= ericson gateway

I dont have the Ericsson gateway on my WAP profiles... all I got is the GlobeMMS for the MMS and the GlobeGPRS for my GPRS... my GPRS is working fine but not my MMS. But why is that GPRS failed but actually I'm sending MMS?

on mms using TACTEL....
mms profile use tactel.
make sure on the tactel's setting, the tactel "connect using" is connected to globe gprs or SE... DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use globe MMS. do not use globe MMS, do not use globe mms!!! kulit ko!
on wap services profile, u can use Globe gprs or SE...
note... this is for using tactel..... if u are going t use Globe for sending/receiving... on the MMS PROFILE, u have to choose globe MMS; and wap service profile, use globe gprs or SE.
