This message Center of Delhi works perfectly in Calcutta. But very very recently Airtell is showing strictness in this matter. The customers have been dialed by them and been warned to stop using that number.
So good days are are maybe about to be over soon.

No,its not free. My friend tried using it and next day got an sms from 9831012345 stating that the amount for the smses he sent had been debited from his account balance.
