1. He let the atroscity of 9-11 happen.
2. His foreign policy is regarded very poorly amongst his own citizens and citizens of the world, and doesn't even work.
3. He increases spending and lowers taxes, causing the recession to fall furthur and indirectly affecting the world economy.
4. He overextended the military and now cannot keep control of hostile areas.
