Can recieve but not send pop3 (sorry was wrong before!)

Someone please help me!

I am using o2 dial up wap (and sometimes gprs but still dosnt work)

I am using pop3 blueyonder email
pop3 195.188.53.61
smtp 195.188.53.60

I can recieve mail, but when it goes to send it says "send failed"

I would be so grateful for any help
